My Oily Skin Solution new

My Oily Skin Solution new

My Oily Skin Solution

My Oily Skin Solution

When it comes to oily skin, finding products to both eradicate and control the oil can be a problem. And it's an even greater problem if you don't know which options work best for oily skin. One of the most important steps to any great plan is thoroughly evaluating your skin care routine. Taking a closer look at your daily beauty ritual helps you to make sure the products you're using aren't adding to your oiliness. That's because overly abrasive and or irritating products can create the signs of oily skin even though your skin isn't truly oily.
Oily skin, unlike combination and dry skin, doesn't have many characteristics except oiliness. Someone with oily skin usually experiences shine and oiliness over their entire face. Blackheads, acne, and/or enlarged pores are also characteristics of oily skin. Another great key to knowing you have oily skin is persistent oiliness, meaning when you wipe the oil, it returns.
If your true skin type is oily, applying topical solutions will help to minimize the oil, but not cure the problem. Why? Oily skin is created through the production of natural androgens within our body. Because androgens are an innate part of you, meaning created from birth, topical solutions applied on the outside of your skin cannot change your natural DNA.
However, there are effective solutions you can use right now to minimize and control your oily skin. To begin, you must eliminate some products and/or ingredients that you may love; but in the end, it's worth it!
What to Skip >> It's important to steer clear of products and ingredients known to make oily skin worse.
That includes:
  • Thick creams, oils, and lotions (the emollients found in heavy creams and some lotions are culprits that promote oiliness. Instead, use a light liquid moisturizer or gel moisturizer.
  • Irritating ingredients such as alcohol, witch hazel, menthol, eucalyptus, mint, citrus extracts, or anything that causes a warm, tingling sensation on skin.
  • Stick foundations.
  • Bar soaps (anything in bar form is too harsh and drying for any skin type).
  • Products packaged in jars.
Essential Oil-Controlling Skincare Routine >> To get the best from your routine and control your oil, follow the steps below:
Wash. Wash your face with a water-soluble cleanser (preferably in gel form) that's gentle enough to use twice daily and rinses easily. My recommendation: A gel-based cleanser that is dye- and fragrance-free.
Tone. Toning skin isn't a step to be skipped, especially for those with oily skin. Toning skin helps to minimize oversized pores while also providing the skin with healing anti-irritants. The toner you chose should be free of alcohol, witch hazel, menthol, eucalyptus, and other irritants.
>> My Recommendation: I would recommend a light-weight, liquid moisturizing toner designed to control excessive oil production.
Exfoliate. Exfoliating skin removes the dead, thickened skin cells that lay atop skin and if you've read my other articles, you know I'm a huge fan of both BHAs and AHAs (alpha hydroxy acids). Both exfoliants allow the cells to function like healthy skin cells should while also improving collagen production. However, for those with oily skin, the use of a well-formulated BHA helps control the way the oil flows through the pore to the skin's surface. Look for a BHA in a gel or liquid form and apply once every-other-day until your skin becomes acquainted with the product. After, apply exfoliant once daily or every-other-day. Remember: Do not apply exfoliants to the upper eyelid or underneath the eye area.
Protect. Sun protection is very important for all skin types but for those with oily skin, finding a suitable sun care product can be a very tricky step. One primary rule for those with oily skin is to steer clear of lotions, thick creams, or any product with pore clogging ingredients, thus making the use of sunscreen difficult. However, there are solutions.
Look for a liquid, weightless sunscreen with an SPF of 25 or better. If makeup is a must, use a combination of liquid mattifying foundation and a pressed powder with the appropriate sunscreen ranges. The two makeup choices combined will help give you proper sun protection without the need to apply a sunscreen to the face. However, better protection equals healthier skin. If you opt to use sunscreen with your makeup, apply your makeup after you've applied your sunscreen.
>> My Recommendation: A light-weight sheer or liquid sunscreen with a matte finish.
Hydrate. When it comes to night time hydration, which may or may not be needed, look for extra-light options. Moisturizers in liquid form are great at providing antioxidants, nutrients, and natural hydration without the heaviness. Likewise, light-weight serum or gel moisturizers are also great options.
>> My Recommendation: Serums work wonderful to provide hydration without the heaviness. Look for a serum filled with antioxidants such as vitamin C, cranberry, and vitamin E.
Keep in mind: Products containing irritating ingredients cause irritation on the surface and beneath the skin promoting the pores to produce more oil, so it's crucial that you avoid them. Should oily skin become a problem during the day, use oil-blotting papers to help absorb excess oil and control shine.
Oily skin giving you trouble? Control it now with Celsaderm's C-Aloe Mist. C-Aloe Mist is a refreshingly light, tea tree-rich mist designed to target excessive oil producers beneath the skin and minimize irritation. One mist is all it takes! Try today and save 20%. How to Lose Weight

How to Lose Weight

How to Lose Weight

How to Lose Weight

'How to lose weight quickly' diets are all over the media, on television, websites, newsstands, radio, magazines and books.
Most overweight people want to know how to lose weight in a week. They are, quite rightly, desperate to lose excess weight and will grasp at anything that promises how to lose weight fast. But many of these "lose weight fast" diets are based on false promises and ill-founded opinions, and can actually be harmful and even counter-productive, leading to greater weight gain!
Here are just some of the myths and misinformation promoted by "quick weight loss" gurus:

-Myth: Cut calories to lose excess body fat.
-Reality: Cutting calories makes the body think it must preserve fat, and so you put on weight instead of achieving weight reduction.

-Myth: Following set menus and eating plans can help lose weight.
-Reality: Most diet books and weight loss plans promote set menus of what to eat when. This never works because food preferences and lifestyles vary so much. Indeed, by following any kind of set food menus, day in day out, you are more likely to gain weight because you will either go hungry or get too bored with the monotony. Then when you give up the set menus you will quickly re-gain your weight (and more) as you go back to your old eating habits.

-Myth: Eating whole grain and fiber-rich foods is healthy and will help you lose weight.
-Reality: Whole grains are no healthier than milled grains, and do nothing to promote good health or help you lose weight. Furthermore, there is plenty of scientific evidence showing that a high-fiber diet is bad for health. Fiber robs the body of vitamins and minerals. This leads to poor nutrition, which in turn prevents safe and healthy weight loss. We do not need much fiber in our daily diets and getting enough is very easy. Exhortations to eat more fiber are counter-productive.

-Myth: Fruit juice is non-fattening and healthy, as part of a well-balanced diet.
-Reality: Drinking fruit juice is more fattening and unhealthier than just about any other kind of food. Fruit juice gives the body a blast of fructose sugar without being bound up with fiber - this goes straight to body fat giving you quick weight gain, and is much worse for health than even table sugar!

-Myth: You should eat less and exercise to lose excess weight.
-Reality: The less you eat the more fat you put on because any kind of food restriction makes the body store more fat. When you exercise more you make yourself feel more hungry and exhausted, and you end up stuffing yourself with junk food which just makes you fatter. The secret is to exercise the smart way so that you don't feel hungry and exhausted.

-Myth: Drink less water so as to reduce water retention and feel less bloated.
-Reality: You must drink plenty of water to lose water retention (not less!). When you drink plenty of water the body will "think" it no longer needs to retain water in body tissue, and you quickly lose excess water.

-Myth: A good way to lose overweight is to increase your metabolic rate so as to burn fat fast.
-Reality: Your heart should sink when you come across such ridiculous notions. The metabolic rate is nothing more than a set of many different chemical reactions inside the body. Some of these chemical reactions work faster than others at different times of the day or night depending on a multitude of factors. In fact, fatter people tend to have higher metabolic rates (i.e. burn fat/energy faster) because of their higher body mass. To use (or attempt to control) the metabolic rate as a way of losing weight is like using a table-tennis ball to play tennis (impossible!).

How to lose weight in a week is a question many people ask. And yes, you can lose excess weight in a week, safely, quickly and easily if you know how. But 99% percent of dietary advice about how to lose weight quickly is completely wrong. Worse still, if you don't do it right, any attempts to lose weight quickly will re-bound and you will end up putting on more weight than before.
You definitely don't want to lose weight in a week and then put it all back the week after. Yo-yo dieting ruins your health and prevents weight loss. You want to lose weight quickly, but permanently. All human beings are the same biologically. Therefore there can only be one best way for a human being to lose weight quickly, safely, and permanently.
In recent years medical research into body weight loss has made exciting discoveries and now there is a kind of consensus on the best way for any human being to lose weight safely and quickly. This information has now for the first time been put into a book details of which are given below.
Russell Eaton is the highly regarded author of The Foolproof Diet. For more information on how to lose weight quickly and permanently please go toClick here.

Basics of Food Management

Basics of Food Management

Basics of Food Management

Basics of Food Management

Food is such a basic part of our existence. Our lives revolve around it from our waking moment onwards. Food and feasting go hand in hand and even celebrations all over the world and across all cultures are centred on food. Our ancient Indian scriptures divide food into three categories, such as-
Satvic or pure foods: These are foods that heal, comfort, juicy, smooth and increase longevity, intelligence and strength and are digested well by our system.

Rajasik or the tasteful foods: These are salty, spicy, bitter, salty and can give rise to ill health, grief or discomfort.
Tamasik or the impure foods: These include stale, cold, left over foods, impure and half cooked causing great harm to the mind and the body.
Food is one aspect of our life that we take for granted. We are less mindful of the food that we consume. We leave our body to deal with the constant abuse from our day to day lives and lifestyles. We, humans, without taking our body for granted, need to create health generating systems and build a oneness with food, productive exercises, yoga, corrective breathing and meditation, rest and sleep and be spiritually aware and conscious. These steps translate into better stamina, strength, tone and energy with emphasis on the whole body as an entity, one that accentuates wellness and wellbeing.
The food we eat lays the foundation for every cell and tissue in our body. The purpose of food is to nourish us, build strength and to give vital energy. Digestive harmony is the key for release of this vital energy needed for healthy living. The science of Ayurveda - the creative and constructive life science - says that every part of our mind and body is governed by the DOSHAS - the bio-energetic force or elements that sustain life. Refined, processed and preserved foods are all totally devoid of this nutrition and vitality. Wholesome, raw and natural foods that have absorbed the cosmic energy, and are super charged with ample rainfall and sunshine must be utilized to the fullest for health and wellness.
The father of medicine, Hippocrates said "thy food is thy medicine. You are what you eat and what you eat you become".
To most of us eating good food is just another chore and a trivial thing to do. How many of us are really mindful of the fact that good food performs miracles inside our cells and tissues and is responsible for 80 percent of our transformation. Food has a subtle effect on our minds as well. Food plays a pivotal role in influencing our brain behaviour, our moods, and thought processes and in handling stress. It is these wholesome, natural foods that bestow health and vigour liberating and protecting us from us from illnesses. Studies have shown that there are two dietary processes in the human body-nourishing and cleansing- that need to be regulated with good and sensible dietary habits. If neglected, it can lead to a build up of toxins which are the basis for most mental and physical degeneration.
Health is not just a great body or a zero size figure but covers physical fitness, mind science and spiritual growth and our efforts should be an integrated approach towards wellness. To achieve this eat appropriate foods that do not erode our digestive system. Yes, I mean, go real easy on all those junk foods, soft drinks, stale, cold foods and excessive meat eating and alcohol. Instead, begin to love fruits, veggies, nuts and foods in their natural wholesome form. It is important to 'cater to your hunger and not pamper your appetite.' I am urging you to follow this and not call it a 'diet'. It is not intended for weight loss alone. On the contrary, it is an important part of a healthy lifestyle.
So, let us celebrate good health.
How often have you come across the words 'healthy' and 'food' in the same sentence, but chose to ignore it? Despite being aware of the many benefits of eating healthy, I see so many people around me taking their health for granted. Our body is what we make of it. So why fill it with unhealthy food and end up bearing the brunt of it.
Eating healthy has innumerable advantages, some of them being:
1. Helps prevent and control health problems like heart diseases, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes.
2. With good nutrition your body becomes better equipped to deal with stress.
3. Good food stimulates the body to create more killer cells to ward off infections thus promoting immunity.
4. Food provides us with disease fighting antioxidants and can slow the natural process of ageing.
Indian diets, with mindfulness and planning are natural and unprocessed comprising of grains, pulses and dals, fruits and vegetables, nuts and oilseeds; all in adequate amounts to maintain health. Diet and Nutrition are responsible for 70 to 80% of your entire transformation. Food also influences your thought process, attitude and behavior. There are foods which can make you feel high, there are foods which can make you irritable and temperamental, there are foods which can excite you, and there are foods which can relax you.
Indian diets suit Indian population the best depending upon our culture, climatic conditions, atmosphere, pollution etc. Once a while enjoying other cuisines is great, but would you ever want to solely depend on pastas and burgers too often and face the risks attached to consuming such unhealthy, non fibrous foods?
As mentioned above the health risks are plenty! Our diets include complex carbohydrates from jowar, bajra, ragi, whole wheat etc as opposed to the refined carbohydrates. Our diets are designed to protect our hearts with low levels of oils, fats, sugars. In fact our diets strike this perfect balance of all food groups, nothing too much and nothing too little. High sugar intake is proportionate to diabetes, high fat levels can lead to hypercholesterolemia, hypertension, heart diseases, strokes etc.
My golden rules for better health:
Remember, our bodies are tailored to consume what we have been since childhood and what our fathers, fore fathers have been consuming. Our diets of rotis, dals/pulses, veggies, sprouts, salads etc on a daily basis will ensure complete health as opposed to constant consumption of junk foods /burgers/pizzas/excess amounts of cheese, cream etc. Relish on all that you love, but remember, anything too little or too much is equally damaging...
Guidelines for healthy eating and weight management
Follow these golden rules/steps of healthy eating for achieving a healthy weight loss and to maximize your health and longevity:
1. Frequent small helpings of food are recommended. Eat slowly. Eating frequently prevents hunger pangs, provides constant energy and maintains metabolism efficiently.
2. Select foods based on your preference and do not worry as much about the number of calories you consume but concentrate on combining the right foods and on the portion sizes. Do not deprive yourselves. This is likely to cause you to eat more the next day.
3. Add a wide variety of foods to your daily diet. Include wholesome foods like vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, sprouts, and whole grains. These foods provide all the essential nutrients and fiber which are necessary for growth, good health and immunity.
4. Drink daily 8 to 10 glasses of liquids like water, and herbal teas. These drinks are fillers are hunger managers.
5. Include fresh fruits, fresh unstrained vegetable juices, vegetable, sprouts, whole grains, nuts and low fat milk/yoghurt.
6. Drink a glass of ginger/green tea after a heavy meal. This hastens digestion and improves metabolism.
7. Consume healthy snacks like salads, crackers, fruits, unsweetened and low fat yogurt, wholegrain biscuits and muffins.
8. Read labels well and choose foods that do not contain chemicals like preservatives and additives. Organically grown foods are a healthier option.
9. Avoid bad fats like butter, cream full-cream milk and rich salad dressings and sauces. Take care not to eliminate sources of good fats like nuts, seeds and olive oils which contain unsaturated fatty acids. Use these foods in moderation.
10. Eliminate white flour products like breads and biscuits, pastas, white rice, processed foods and sugary breakfast cereals. They lack fibre. They also cause a spike in our insulin level leading to fat storage.
11. Exercise on a regular basis. Stretching, yoga, calisthenics, walking and other mild forms of aerobic activities are recommended. These exercises can be done at home or in a gym with guidance. Stress can be reduced through yoga, meditation, good rest and sound sleep.
12. Avoid soft drinks, and juices. Also avoid sweets, desserts and fried snacks. Instead, eat a variety of nutrient dense foods. Limit the consumption of processed foods, fried foods and fast foods. If you must have them, remember to exercise moderation. Moderation is the key when you eat what you want without feeling deprived.
13. Use cooking methods like stewing, steaming, grilling and roasting instead of frying.
Good health is the result of conscious commitment that involves many factors like the food we eat, exercises, mental well-being, rest and sleep. Consistency is the most important factor when it comes to good nutrition. When you are often on the run, you need a plan that you can easily adopt and one that features a foundation of healthy food. Eating frequent well balanced meals is essential for anyone who wants to lose or maintain weight, have energy and stamina throughout the day, boosted immunity, to improve focus and concentration and above all for Mickeymizing your wellness quotient!

Acne Treatment Solutions

Acne plagues thousands of people around the world. From teenagers to adults on the wrong side of middle age, it is a skin disorder that is extremely common as well as very unpleasant. It is painful, distressing, and often leaves scars even after it is treated.
There are hundreds of skin-care products that claim to treat acne. Finding the right treatment for you is almost like finding a needle in a haystack. To make things a little easier for you, here is a comprehensive review of five of the best acne treatment solutions as per popular ratings.
The reviews are accurate, based on substantiate research, and are aimed at helping you make a healthy and informed choice. The five products being reviewed here are Murad Acne Complex, Proactive Acne Solutions, Clinique Acne Solutions, Clear Skin Max and Exposed Skin Care.
Murad Acne Complex

The Murad Acne Complex consists of a three-step process, which consists of a Clarifying Cleanser, an Exfoliating Acne Treatment Gel, and lastly a Skin Perfecting Moisturizer. It was developed by Howard Murad and has been a popular product for treating acne breakouts.
The product has yielded mixed reviews from viewer ratings and is different from most other acne treatment products in the sense that it does not contain benzoyl peroxide, which is a leading ingredient used in most acne treatments.
The product claims to remove all signs of acne in just 4 weeks. While this is not exactly accurate, results are often visible within the second month, depending on the severity of the condition.
Pros
While the purging period does see some aggravation of the condition, the product pulls through and actually gives visible results. The moisturizer smells pleasant and does not stick. The Pore Cleansing mask that the treatment comes with is quite helpful and has a lot of positive reviews.
It uses a lot of natural extracts such as bitter orange oil, tea tree extracts, camellia leaf extract, menthol along with known acne fighters such as salicylic acid that help in curing acne without causing much damage to the skin. Spot sulfur treatment that it includes has also given positive results among a large number of users.
Cons
The purging period is extremely painful and itchy. The acne increases considerably before it is healed, if at all. Moreover, the product does not work for all skin types, and the moisturizer is not enough to help soothe the roughness and pain. Reviews have revealed that the system leaves the skin oily and shinier and that acne takes a lot of time to heal, especially if it is in its moderate or severe phase.
Verdict
The Murad Acne Complex might or might not work for you. It has mixed user ratings and though it can be helpful for minor to moderate acne, it has reportedly shown less impressive results for severe cases of acne. However it might work if you have oily skin.
Proactive Acne Solution
Proactive Acne Solutions is an extremely popular, three-step acne treatment system that consist of cleansing, toning and acne repairing. A new product that Proactive recently added to its acne treatment list is a Refining Mask.
The product was first manufactured in 1988 by Guthy-Renker, and has been a popular treatment since. According to the instructions, only a dime sized amount of cleaner, a cotton ball of toner and a pea sized amount of repairing treatment is to be used twice daily for the system to work.
Pros
The system covers blackheads, pimples, whiteheads and cures immediate acne breakouts. It reduces the visibility of pores and leaves the skin fragrant. It works well for some and leaves skin soft and supple, if the instructions are followed exactly as given.
The Refining Mask is very useful for drying up pimples since it consists of sulfur as an active ingredient, which is known to effectively kill acne causing surface bacteria. A Tea tree Moisturizer is also available as part of the kit and should definitely be used along with the system which is known to leave skin soft and dry.
Cons
The products are extremely harsh and may not yield good results, even aggravate the condition sometimes. The treatment causes excessive drying of the skin, and skin peeling has also been reported, though the exact cause of the peeling could not be determined.
Proactive is expensive, and often does not yield positive results, sometimes even after 8 weeks of regular usage. It is also not recommended for dry to normal skin at all since it completely dries out the skin and leaves it reddened and irritated.
Verdict
All in all, even though Proactive might work for some, most users have reported negative results, with no improvement in the condition whatsoever. Despite this, it continues to be a popular product. You can try it for the sheer popularity of the product.
Clinique Acne Solutions
Clinique is a well known brand and has allergy tested and medically approved skin care products that are very effective in treating skin problems. Clinique Acne Solutions Skin Care Treatment uses gentle exfoliation and cleansing to unclog the clogged pores of your skin to reduce the dirt build up which causes acne. It is gentle on the skin, and does not contain any oily or smelly substances that could affect the skin negatively.
Pros
It uses salicylic acid as its main ingredient for acne treatment, which is popular for its anti-acne properties. The system consists of a cleanser, a gentle exfoliator and a lotion, which contains benzoyl peroxide.
It clears acne by reducing oil secretion and improves the complexion with repeated use. The supplementary skin care products that Clinique offers are helpful in reducing blemishes and scars left by acne. "Even Better" is one such product that specializes in treating acne.
The company also has spot treatment products that zap away almost all the pimples in the shortest possible time. The product claims to remove acne in 6 weeks, and leave skin softer and clearer.
Cons
6 weeks is a longer period than that is promised by most acne treatment solutions. Most treatments claim to yield results within the first month of usage. There is no clear list of all anti acne ingredients used in this product since no official description or list is provided.
It is good for curing sudden breakouts but does not hold out well in the long run. Salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide are both not enough to treat acne in its core and there are no other primary anti acne agents, natural or otherwise in the system.
Verdict
The product sells on its brand name however does not live up to expectations. The product website does not give any detailed description of the anti-acne treatment, or about the ingredients that are used for making it.
There are variety of other products in the market that might offer better results at lower prices and are all-natural. While Clinique works to remove a pimple here and a zit there, it fails to target the core problem of acne break outs. It can be used as an effective immediate spot treatment solution though.
Clear Skin Max
A relatively new member of the anti acne treatment family, Clear Skin Max is still proving its mettle in the skin care industry. Till now it has had some very positive reviews due to its new and all natural approach towards fighting acne.
Clear Skin Max was designed as an alternative for those who did not want to subject their already damaged skin to further chemical damage. It uses natural ingredients that help in reducing inflammation, acne, and irritation without causing any side effects or without excessive drying of the skin.
Pros
Since the skin is naturally sensitive and acne inflicted skin gets further damaged with chemical treatment, products with natural ingredients are always a plus. Clear Skin Max uses anti-acne tea tree oils to control acne which have been reported to show immediate results in reducing inflammation.
Chamomile oil and bladder wrack are also used to treat acne without causing any harm to the skin. Not only does the product treat acne but it also leaves skin softer. Better still, it does not contain any harsh chemicals that cause drying of the skin.
Chamomile oil is effective in reducing scars and blemishes left by acne and since it is also an anti-bacterial agent, it also prevents acne naturally by fighting bacteria. Another plus point of the system is that it contains bladder wrack which is known not only for its anti-acne properties but also because it restores elasticity to the skin, helping the skin remain youthful and smooth.
It also uses natural products like hyaluronic acid, which is a known youth restorative, jojoba oil and others that maintains the moisture levels of the skin. These natural extracts not only fight acne but also strengthen the skin from inside and thus prevent breakouts, apart from clearing the skin of acne and its scars.
Cons
The ingredients are not used in high quantities in the product, which sometimes may not be enough to treat acne. Severe acne might not be easily treated with natural ingredients, since they require stronger ingredients that directly aim at reducing acne.
Even though the 6-step system is designed to fight and destroy acne right from its roots, it will really take a long time to heal for those who suffer from severe cases of acne. The negative aspect of this point again depends on how patient the user is even though the product yields guaranteed results.
Verdict
Clear Skin Max is a complete product that not only helps fight acne but also helps to protect and strengthen the skin. It is great for mild to moderate acne as well as adult acne and has been reported to have minimal side effects. It uses natural ingredients that have no reported side effects and the product enjoys great reviews by most users.
Exposed Skin Care Acne Treatment
This acne treatment system consists of 6 different products, a facial cleanser, that cleanses and exfoliates the skin, a clearing tonic that claims to delve deep inside the clogged skin pores and opens them up so that the dirt and grime can escape.
Then there is the Acne treatment Serum, which is the main repairing product that consists of benzoyl peroxide, a well-known anti acne element. A Clear Pore serum also comes with the system and is to be used at night; it works nocturnally to unclog your pores and clear skin. The last two products consist of a Clarifying mask which is to be used twice a week at most, and a Microderm scrub, that has anti oxidants for deep pore exfoliation.
Pros
It uses Azelaic acid, a known anti bacterial component as its primary ingredient, which clears acne by killing bacteria which is the main cause of acne. It also contains a 3.5% concentration of benzoyl acid, which is a popular ingredient in several anti-acne treatments.
It deeply exfoliates skin to keep out all the unwanted oil and dirt from the pores. This enhances your skin and helps to keep it free from acne.
Cons
Azelaic acid has many known side effects such as skin irritation, and unwanted hair growth. Many users have reported an increase in the quantity of facial hair after repeated use of products containing high concentrations of azelaic acid.
Also, the product lists tea tree oil as one of the leading ingredients, which can only be considered as a subsidiary product since it only aids treatment without playing any substantial role in the actual process.
The 3.5% benzoyl peroxide concentration is not enough to fight acne, the standard requirement being 5% to 8% concentration. Severe cases of acne cannot be treated well with this range of products.
Moreover the customer service is reportedly unresponsive, thus you might face a problem if you choose to pursue the money back guarantee at all.
Verdict
In conclusion, it can be said that this is a good product to use for those with mild acne but it does not work well for treating severe acne. Moreover many other products are available in the market that uses natural ingredients. Organic products are always a better option. This is another product that can be used to treat mild acne.
However keep in mind that treating acne requires not just medication but also a healthy lifestyle. Proper diet, nutrition, exercise, sleep, hydration and hygiene are extremely important for a clear and healthy skin.
Medications can only work when coupled with a healthy lifestyle. So if you are plagued with acne, first, change your lifestyle, and then clear your acne with the help of the perfect product for you, which you can pick with the help of these reviews.
